AIM
The aim of Don Bosco Sr. Sec. School Chandigarh is the all round formation of the students to understand, appreciate and live their life meaningfully and to impart to all students sound education by forming habits of study, discipline, self reliance, self expression, creativity, team spirit and moral values during the years of their studies.
The method of education followed is the system taught and practised by Don Bosco namely, the Preventive System. The purpose of the educative method of Don Bosco is to form good human beings and honest citizens. This system is based on conviction, prevention of faults, paternal correction, loving kindness, and reverential fear of God.

Following the Preventive system, Don Bosco Sr. Sec. School, Jharmari aims at the holistic development of staff and students, inculcating in them discipline, self-reliance, self-expression, creativity, team spirit, and moral values so that they become good human beings and honest citizens.
